I really liked Amy's comments about the Future of Work. While everyone seems to want to create a standard profile for all companies to adhere to, the reality is that there is no single configuration that works for all. There will be a tremendous opportunity for software startups to innovate by creating solutions that empower companies to improve communication and reduce stress amongst their team based on whatever configuration of hybrid works for them. And as she stated, one size fits none!
